Prescription refill request

In order to refill a prescription online, your pet must be a current patient of the Highland Animal Hospital, have an established doctor-patient relationship, and must have had a complete physical examination by a doctor within the previous 12 months. This form is only for refilling prescriptions from the Highland Animal Hospital pharmacy.

Requests received prior to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, will be available for pickup after 4:00 PM the same day, if authorized by your veterinarian. We will contact you by phone if there is a problem with your request. If you need a prescription refilled on a Saturday, please call us directly at (781) 433-0467.
